Building Project

The new face of St Andrew’s

St Andrew’s, at the heart of Oxshott, serves not only as a church but also as a centre offering pre-school, lunches for the elderly, daily coffee, together with facilities for everything from dance classes to choral society.

The new worship space ready for the Harvest Supper in 2014

2014 saw the re-ordering and updating of the wonderful worship space, but many years of active use have taken their toll on the tired ancillary facilities and there is now a real need for these to be rebuilt and refurbished.

Outline plans for this have been presented at a series of meetings with very positive feedback. However, no further work is allowed until the new vicar is appointed.

Watch a short video showing how the worship space was reordered:

Funding – after the successful completion of the worship space, there is much enthusiasm for the next stage of refurbishment and fundraising is underway. If you would like to donate to the buildings project contact Chris Banks at
