The new face of St Andrew’s
St Andrew’s, at the heart of Oxshott, serves not only as a church but also as a centre offering pre-school, lunches for the elderly, daily coffee, together with facilities for everything from dance classes to choral society.
2014 saw the re-ordering and updating of the wonderful worship space, but many years of active use have taken their toll on the tired ancillary facilities and there is now a real need for these to be rebuilt and refurbished.
Outline plans for this have been presented at a series of meetings with very positive feedback. However, no further work is allowed until the new vicar is appointed.
