What is Grief Like?
Grief is not an illness or madness. It’s normal not to feel normal.
It’s normal to feel:
If you are feeling any or all of these, please think about coming to the Bereavement Support Group, where you will find others experiencing the same sort of difficulties.
The monthly evening meeting is for people who have been bereaved at any time, to enable them to meet together in a friendly and confidential environment to allow the sharing of both practical matters as well as emotional feelings, and to both receive and give support to each other.
The meetings are held in St Andrew’s Church Office, 7.30 p.m. till 9.30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every month except August.
For any further information or assistance with transport, please contact the Parish Office, Biddy Lewis 01932 865095 or Trish Torr 01372 842762
We hope to see you and any family or friends you would like to bring.
Memorial and Comfort Service
Sunday 31st October 2010 at 6 pm
Each year at St Andrew’s we have a special service at which we remember the lives of those who have died during the last twelve months. This includes not only those living in the Parish but also those with a connection to it or to a member of St Andrew's Church. Friends and family members are welcome at this service.
