Climbers
Climbers meet in the Church Hall, where they usually have an activity that they can get on with when they arrive.
This gives them a chance to catch up with friends and introduce themselves to new children. Junior Church begins with all groups meeting together for a period of worship & prayer before dividing into their separate groups and rooms to hear their Bible story and memory verse for the week.
The learning is then reinforced with games, puppets, drama, quizzes, craft & so much more! The children come into church for a blessing at Communion and are encouraged to share what they have been doing with the rest of the Church.
In this way they are able to grow in confidence as they take part and watch the older children take part too.
