What we do:

The Parish Office is a small, busy office where many different feet pass over the threshold daily, and it is a place for meeting people and making friends. Its workload is affected by the time of year in the Church's traditional calendar, for we are at our busiest when we are approaching major church festivals.

The roles of the Parish Administrator and Secretary are to liaise with various key personnel at St Andrew's, particularly the Clergy, Churchwardens, Treasurer, the Director of Music, the Chairman of the Building and Furnishing committee, and the leaders of the Mothers' Union, Twig, St Andrew's Playgroup, Junior Church, the various Youth Groups and House (support) Groups.

Events happening in the Church itself are recorded in the Church Diary and include Christmas services, Nativity plays and Harvest Festivals for the Royal Kent School and Danes Hill School, and performances by the Oxshott Choral Society, which actually trains under our own Director of Music in the Church Hall. These are then published in a What's On guide and on this website.

Congratulations to Dominique and Jon on the forthcoming arrival of their baby. We are looking for someone to provide maternity cover of a few hours a week [Monday morning and another morning to be agreed and for holiday cover for a week in August].
