Quiet Weekend 23-25 April at St Columba's, Woking
Listening to God through 'Angel Voices'
St Andrew’s Church has a quiet weekend organised from 23 to 25 April at St Columba’s House, Woking GU22 8AB. It is the Guildford Diocesan Retreat House – for more details see www.stcolumbashouse.org.uk

Everyone is welcome to come. But you may ask “Why should I consider spending time (and money) on such a weekend?”
Sue Ayling (a former Curate at St Andrew’s), who is leading the weekend, writes “That is a very common question. My answer would be that if you have any desire to seek stillness amid the rush of life or silence amid the noise or to search for God amid the busy-ness, then the quiet week-end is for you. It will be an opportunity to find some quiet and space, to spend time listening to God, reflecting, praying, reading, walking or resting.
I have called the weekend ‘Angel Voices’ because throughout the Bible we discover that angels are God’s messengers. Jesus speaks about them as a fact.
There is a flyer available in the church vestibule with more information. If you are thinking about coming and have any questions, please feel free to contact me on 020 8337 6347 or sue.ayling@btinternet.com or speak to Sylvia Witten or Mary Hilborne.”
