Royal Kent School

St Andrew's is pleased to play a part in the life of the local Church of England Primary School which is found in the same road as our church. Jeremy is a school governor (as are several other Church members) and takes regular assemblies.

The Royal Kent is a successful and highly regarded primary school with a strong religious ethos, supporting and uplifting the education of local children. It has strong results (rated as 'outstanding' by OFSTED in 2008) and an effective head teacher and staff, with a friendly and active PTA.

We hold our first Sunday 10am community service in the Royal Kent school hall with modern worship songs and themes aimed particularly at young families and new Christians.
